try to sell you on any unnecessary supplements. Taking advantage of people looking to improve their overall health and habits… I’m not about that.
I’ve experienced the difficulty of being in your shoes. Even with all the free and paid resources online; just like you, I spent months of trial and error, sifting through all the contradicting advice in order to get a clear understanding about how to make this Vegan diet work long term.
It was tiring, but I did it.
Needless to say, I was pleased to learn that long term fat loss and complete body transformation is incredibly simple to achieve on a Vegan diet so long as a few, VERY specific guidelines are followed.

I’ve decided to go against the grain and offer my programs to you on a “Pay What You Want” basis.
I wrote these programs back in 2014 (proper nutrition principles don’t require “updates” like some snake oil fitness salesmen make you believe), and they’ve just been collecting dust on my hard drive. I personally wouldn’t feel right about selling these programs to you at an inflated price I pull outa thin air, so I figure – If you find any value out of my programs, then you’re free to show your appreciation. If not, that’s cool too.
Lastly, I do want to mention the fact that I spent a SHED load of time and effort writing them, so even if they aren’t 100 pages a piece, don’t assume that the lack of unnecessary filler, and a ridiculous price tag correlates with the quality.
